On original submission, we dismissed the appeal for want of jurisdiction, but the Supreme Court reversed and remanded for consideration on the merits. See Briscoe v. Goodmark Corporation, Richard C. Poe, and Dick Poe Motors, Inc., 101 S.W.3d 112 (Tex.App.--El Paso 2002), reversed by 102 S.W.3d 714 (Tex. 2003). We affirm.
